Description
Misumisou is a mountain wildflower that is native to the Northern Hemisphere and is a representative of spring and is loved by many people. The name triangular grass comes from the fact that the corners of the leaves resemble triangles.
Individuals on the Pacific side of the Japanese archipelago are basically white in color, but the most distinctive feature of those on the Sea of Japan side is that they are very colorful.
It blooms in March in Niigata Prefecture and has been designated as the flower of Niigata Prefecture.
They put out new flower buds every year even in the cold weather of early spring in February, and when exposed to sunlight they open their sepals and quietly bloom beautifully.
They tell us that warm spring is just around the corner.
Why not display it in your room as interior decoration or wall art to celebrate the arrival of early spring?
