This is so cool! I love it! I was born and lived in So. California for 39 years where snails were so abundant that they lined the streets after it rained. When I moved to Washington State in the mid 80's I never saw any snails except teeny tiny ones. A couple of years ago, I found one of the big ones in my front yard. I was so delighted that picked him up and brought him into the house and photographed him on a houseplant. Wish I had kept him and put him in a terrarium, as I don't know if he survived. Anyway, we have lots of Queen Anne's Lace where I live now, so the combination of the snail and the flower are very meaningful to me.

Betty Denise replied:

Thank you so much Delores! This was certainly a first for me. I had never seen a snail on a plant before. I'm so glad it brought back memories for you. :-)
