Description
There's an interesting story behind this front door. The home was a rental. The renter's decided to cover the front of the home in black plastic, so as not to be disturbed by any people or traffic. {It seemed a little shady to me as to why they would do that,) That was during the winter. The renter's eventually left, and come Springtime and Summer the moisture had built up under the plastic. What you see is the horrific result of that long term enclosure. And the owner told me this story with a smile on her face! She's either very resilient, or some time has passed to ease the pain. No doubt though that this made for a very interesting photograph that would look great in a rustic, country home.
